Hilton Mauritius Resort

You have to cross a wooden bridge to get to this restaurant and it's their gourmet dining option. The restaurant is only open for dinner and its specialty is seafood. You should know that smart attire is expected if you are dining here!

Hilton Mauritius Resort

Ginger Thai

There are pieces of Thai artwork suspended from the ceiling of the Thai pavilion which features original wood décor. The restaurant is a little more casual than the Melanzane but it is still expected that you wear smart casual clothing.

La Pomme DAmour

This is a casual restaurant and it is open for breakfast and for dinner. The evening meals are usually themed, such as African night or Chinese night. Attire is casual and it's a relaxed atmosphere. If you have a package deal that includes dinner, this is where you will be eating!
